Brad is a Landscape Designer at SCAPE. He is currently working on Living Breakwaters, Scape’s winning proposal for HUD’s Rebuild by Design, contributing to the design of the breakwaters as well as playing a key role in community engagement. Through his interdisciplinary design background and experience working with a non-profit design collaborative, Brad brings an interest in the social dynamics of a landscape and believes in its power to bring people of all backgrounds together, while simultaneously addressing the environment and ecology at multiple scales.
Brad earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University where he served as a teaching assistant for core landscape architecture studios. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Design with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with minors in art and business.
