This project involves streetscape enhancements and a distinctive sidewalk designation by the DOT, a DOT/DPR greenstreets triangle, the design of an extensive sedum green roof area with planter boxes and nooks for outdoor eating, gathering, and sun lounge chairs, as well as a large private, open courtyard at grade level with lush plantings and angled gravel paths along linear water features. We are working with SLCE Architects on this project.
