Nick Glase


Nick is a Registered Landscape Architect, a Licensed Architect, and an Associate at SCAPE. Throughout Nick’s practice, he has specialized in public realm, urban design, institutional, and ecological projects.

Nick has a passion for systems thinking and design detailing and has thrived working at multiple scales and leading projects from concept through construction. Currently, he is project manager for the Town Branch Commons and the USGA headquarters site framework plan.

His prior experience includes leadership positions at West 8 and Reed Hilderbrand. Previous major projects include Tomorrowland (Disney Shanghai), Yale University Science Hill, Novartis Central Park, Miami Beach Square, and the Pete V. Domenici Courthouse. Early in his career he served as co-founding designer at ProjectFrog, now an industry leader in high performance buildings.

Nick earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, where he graduated with the college’s top awards for design and research. Nick has served as a Visiting Critic at Cornell University, The Ohio State University, Rhode Island School of Design, and California College of the Arts.
