Last week SCAPE and re:focus partners launched the Field Guide to CSO+ at a workshop organized for the CSO Permittee Network of New Jersey.
The Field Guide to CSO+ is the result of a collaboration between SCAPE, re:focus partners and New Jersey Future. Developed as part of the Build It Green competition, The Field Guide is a resource designed to empower decision makers charged with addressing CSOs in their communities by identifying synergies with other municipal goals and priorities. The Field Guide has already been used to inform work such as SCAPE’s Perth Amboy planning workshop, and includes resources that city and utility staff can use to strategize with their elected officials, outline a set of tactics, and pursue relevant CSO+ projects and funding resources.
