Living Breakwaters Public Hearing on DEIS

Come share your thoughts on the Living Breakwaters project! Next Wednesday, there will be a public hearing to receive comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS). The public hearing will be held at Public School 6 in Staten Island from 6-8pm, and all comments will be considered during the preparation of the Final EIS.

The 45-day public comment period is currently open and will continue until May 8, 2017. Comments can be submitted via email to [email protected] or by mail to Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery: 25 Beaver Street, 5^th Floor, New York, NY 10004. The Notice of Availability and links to the DEIS are located on the RBD Living Breakwaters Page on the GOSR Website.
