Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail Kickoff!

We are thrilled to be kicking off our Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail project today! The 8-mile trail between Beacon and Cold Spring, New York, along the Hudson River, will reconnect local communities to the River’s edge, revive local ecologies, and enhance visitors’ experiences with improved hiking trails and parks. The site’s rich cultural history and extraordinary panoramas of the River and the Highlands create a a unique opportunity to emphasize its historic significance and realize a 21st century landscape that will unlock the ecological potential of the water’s edge. SCAPE is leading the planning and design for the project, and has partnered with Langan for engineering support and Pentagram for wayfinding and branding. Learn more about the project here.
