This year, Kate Orff and SCAPE have been honored as Urbanist of the Year in The Architect’s Newspaper’s First Annual Design Gala, recognizing her and the firm’s contributions to the field’s advancement in the past year. Among the other honorees are our repeat collaborators Studio Gang in the category of Excellence in Building, and Denise Scott Brown for Lifetime Achievement.
