Arthur Pérez is a Senior Associate at SCAPE, dedicated to creating resilient, sustainable communities through comprehensive planning and design. Informed by a multi-disciplinary background spanning architecture, spatial planning, urban design, and community engagement, Arthur brings a particular interest in the relationship between resilient city-making and the long-term stewardship of land, infrastructure, and collective memory.
Arthur holds an Advanced Master’s in Spatial Planning and Urban Development (AMUR) from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, a Master’s and License in Architecture (Diplôme d’Etat and HMONP) from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture in Bordeaux and Nantes, and completed an exchange year in Urban Planning at the University of Montreal.
