Grace Prem


Grace is a Registered Landscape Architect and Associate at SCAPE. In every project, Grace’s goal is to improve quality of life and create places where people can build relationships with each other and the world around them. Currently, she is the Project Manager for China Basin Park – a new 5-acre waterfront park adjacent to the Mission Rock neighborhood in San Francisco, CA.

Grace has worked on a wide range of project types, including healthcare, academic, public open space, and multi-family housing. Prior to joining SCAPE in 2019, Grace worked at award winning firms such as SWA/Balsley and Mahan Rykiel Associates, where she played an integral role in the design and management of projects such as the Dubai Opera District and the Sky Terrace at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture with Honors from the University of Maryland – College Park, where she was awarded the Maryland Chapter ASLA Student Honor Award, Landscape Architecture Student Award of Excellence, and was named a University Olmsted Scholar.
