SCAPE Transforms Downtown Lexington, Kentucky

The Architect’s Newspaper gives an update on SCAPE’s Town Branch Commons project, originally an ideas competition in 2013. The project has now turned into a full-scale project to revitalize a car-centric downtown into an extensive public space amenity, celebrating the geology of Lexington.

Town Branch Commons recently received a major $14.1 million funding boost to move forward, pushing the design one step closer to reality and bringing water into the public realm. Read the article here.
