The Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery invites the public to attend the ninth Rebuild by Design Living Breakwaters and Tottenville Shoreline Protection Project Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting for an update on the projects’ progress and the coastal and social resiliency measures planned in and adjacent to Tottenville on Staten Island’s South Shore.
The public is invited to meet the Living Breakwaters CAC and participate in an open house providing background and update information on all aspects of these projects. All are encouraged to attend. The Citizen’s Advisory Committee is a group of stakeholders assembled by the State to receive updates on the Rebuild by Design project. The CAC plays an important advisory role in the planning and implementation the projects.
