Kirk Gordon is a Senior Designer at SCAPE. Informed by experiences in biological research and graphic design, Kirk is committed to using design as a tool for communicating socio-ecological dynamics in a changing world. His approach prioritizes ecological vibrancy as the foundation for creating functional, resilient, and culturally-engaging landscapes.
Kirk holds a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia, where he received the Stanley and Helen Abbott Award, a Raven Society Fellowship and the ASLA Certificate of Honor. He also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Plant Biology and Zoology from Michigan State University.
