The SCAPE team recently traveled to Israel for a site visit to the Be’er Sheva Quarry and meeting with the Client team. Having previously completed the schematic design for the quarry, this innovative project transforms an Ottoman quarry at the heart of the city into a dynamic and unique public park for the community at large.
The processes of extraction and carving of stone are used throughout the park’s design, celebrating the history of the quarry and creating spaces for the public that can grow over time. Stay tuned for more project updates on Be’er Sheva.
