Next Monday, Pippa will be speaking on a panel with project partners from the Billion Oyster Project and Wagner College. The panel, titled “The Return of the Oysters” will discuss the past, present and future of oysters in Staten Island, and whether oysters can thrive in NY Harbor– and help to provide natural defenses against rising waters or the next big storm.
